I have read more since I got my Kindle than I have in years. It is so much more convenient than paper books. Especially since I read a lot at night and all too often finish a book and would like to start another. With paper books you have to be prepared for that scenario, with my Kindle I can quickly get another book any time of the day. No running to the store, no waiting for the library to open.

It is also nice to be able to carry so many books on the Kindle for when I am out running errands, Dr appts. etc. I always have something to read now and I don’t have to decide until I wake the Kindle up.

This is my second Garmin beanbag mount–one for me and a recently purchased one for my son. This product is the epitome of quality and utility. Although I initially used the suction mount that I received with my Garmin GPS–which was also a quality mount–the adhesive on the disk that I stuck to the dash for the suction mount didn’t hold up to the Arizona sun, and after awhile, the disk peeled away from the dash. I therefore purchased this beanbag mount, and I am very glad that I did because, in and out of the car, it is more convenient to use than the suction mount was. I have had mine for several years, and it is apparent that this mount will outlive me and my GPS.
P.S. Regarding the adhesive disk for the suction mount, when the adhesive eventually failed on mine, to my great relief, the adhesive came off with the disk and left no adhesive or mark on my vinyl dash. I had been a little concerned when I attached the adhesive disk that it would mar the dash, but since it was small and not unsightly, I figured that it wouldn’t bother me or a subsequent owner if it was left permanently stuck to my black dash. However, the adhesive was apparently designed to maintain its flexibility to prevent a permanent bond, and therefore prevent destructive removal. I suspect that with a cooler-than-desert climate–and/or a closer-to-horizontal dash surface than I used in my application–the adhesive disk and suction mount combo would provide many years of good service.

My two year old is an Elmo lover so we have been collecting Elmo DVDs and this one ranks at the top. I have to say so far all of the Elmo’s World DVDs have proven to be good viewing for my toddler. She absolutely loves all of the singing, dancing and educational interaction that the DVD has to offer. I even caught her humming the Elmo’s World song one day. I too disagree with the negative feedback because it doesn’t hold their childs attention long enough, well when it comes to toddlers you are lucky if anything holds their attention for more than 5-10 minutes. Even though the DVD is only 50 minutes long my daughter will usually sit for at least thirty minutes and that was the other thing that impressed me about these Elmo DVDs.

The first Elmo DVD she got was Elmo and the Great Outdoors and she totally fell in love with it and she was watching it every day. She sat for that DVD for almost the entire 50 minutes. I have to say all of the Elmo’s World DVDs get a thumbs up from me and I will continue to buy them (for my sanity) because she can watch the same one over and over again.

Initially purchased this vacuum to replace the toy I had been using. The suction on this vac is so strong that it really does pull itself along when you use it. After using for a few days, I had one sent to my mother. She has used many vacuums in her day, and she was wowed by this one. Believe the reviews, this product is really a great buy!

Very, very boring video. Even my three months old twins didn’t pay any attention to it (they love Baby Mozart). The music is tiresome, the images don’t go with the music. Ms. Clark obviously ran out of new ideas for this video, too many scenes in which she uses her children. My five year old son complaint was that the video was repetitive, not enough variety. Get Baby Mozart instead.

Office 2007 was purchased used, but in new condition. It installed as new with the proper codes. The menus in Windows Office 2007 are all new and some of the familiar ways of doing things all together different. Otherwise it’s a great product and I’m sure that some use will bring back familiarity.
