This unit is weird the instructions that come with this unit does not seem to correctlly specify it’s proper use. After reading the instructions and attempting to charge a canon hv10 battery became very confusing. I still am not sure what colour light on the unit means that the battery is fully charged.

This is my first pedometer. I was very easy to set up and start to use. It resets each morning. I like the additional little strap that you can clip on for extra security to keep from losing it. Great for the price and shipping was fast.

I have a lot of respect for the authors of this book, especially the fact that they pursued naturopathic medicine instead of traditional medicine. Yeah! We need more naturopaths being recognized for their treatment of the whole body and prevention. I raced to get the book the day you came out. I loved that it is geared specifically at changing the metabolism and body sculpting, rather than just weightloss. My constructive criticism is this: 1) Where are the before and after pictures? Information tells, but stories sell. I was very pleased with the stories that were included but would have loved to see some photos attached? 2) The title is misleading and unfortunately does not share the full lifestyle change that the book encompasses… WAY more than a diet book. 3) Is there a way to validate the type of burner that I am? I took the test and it came up that I am a muscle burner, but I am so skeptical that that is true. As I read the subsequent chapters on diet geared to a muscle burner, I kept being concerned that I scored correctly. Is there another validation point? Overall, I highly recommend the book b/c I know it delivers results from all the people who live in this area who I know have been going to the doctors or involved in the Metabollic Effect system. Thanks for putting the information all in one place!
The New ME Diet

This is surely fun for the entire family.

My 3 year old is very comfortable playing with it and even the 5 basic games that come with it are fun to play. There offcourse is choice to buy further games based on the individual’s interest.

All in all, a great product

Title selections are limited as many new books have copyright protection that prohibits purchase by international customers. had I known this in advance I would not have purchased it. Even screen protectors can’t be shipped here due to warranty issues. I also find the highlighting tool limited in utility.

I got the Ram mount for my Garmin Nuvi and absolutely love it. It is very high quality for very little money. Frankly it looks and feels like it should cost much more than it does. I like the fact that it comes with a piece to keep the handlebars from getting scratched.
