My son received the musical stack and play when he was 6 months. The toy helped him with motor control and he quickly learned to put the balls in the opening. He was also intrigued with the little door the balls come out of. He is almost one and still chooses this toy to play with first. He loves taking the rings on and off and watching the lights when he puts the balls (or pacifier) in. The velcro rings also make fun head bands to be silly with! This toy has so many options and positive learning experiences!

Simply like the settings and the memory ability. The only problem is it is a little big to put on the belt. But if you have a handbag, you can clip inside and it works great! It counts accurate too, as I tried to count myself and compared with it.

So I bought this book because I’ve seen it in stores/online/etc. I didn’t like it too much, I like Artemis and Butler but that’s about it. I bought the second to see if it was better than the first, it was. I bought the third to see if it was better than the second, it was. I bought the forth to see if it was better than the third, it was. And I bought the fifth because I liked the rest, and the fifth was awesome.

What I’m trying to get at is, don’t be turned off by the first, because THEY DO get better.
