This is exactly what I wanted and more. I originally bought the collectors edition of New Moon, after seeing it I had to have them all in collectors editions. I love these. they look like antique books, with the ribbon bookmark and the uneven pages. I already have a set of the saga in hard and soft back, but the collector’s edition is a true COLLECTOR’S EDITION. thank you

Prior to purchasing this item, I had utilized the stand that came with my unit. Although it did it’s job, it was not a very attractive accessory and the adhesive which secured the stand to the dashboard spotted the surface of the dashboard and was very sticky to the touch. The Garmin Portable Friction Unit sits comfortably on the dashboard and the weight of the base does not allow it to slide around when driving. Since it is not attached to the dashboard in any way, there are no unsightly marks left by this product. I simply remove it from the dashboard surface when I park and place it on my console out of view. It is a much more practical way of mounting your Garmin unit in your vehicle. I highly recommend this product.
