I tried installing in Windows Vista. And see what…Windows Vista crashed! It gave the Blue screen of death. Camera and volume are good. Not possible to clip in a notebook if the top edge is plain (without a small step like protrusion). Even with an edge, clip doesn’t hold good. I am wondering how Logitech has approved the clip in the first place.

I ordered this optical mouse right before I grabbed my laptop as I can’t stand some editing programs and playing games with a touchpad. This is a perfect alternative to a touchpad and I haven’t had any problems with this mouse. Easy to install, downloaded software online and ready to go. Reasonable price too.
