Strada Bicycle Computer Wireless CC-RD300W Cateye ok or not
Does what Cateye CC-RD300W Strada Wireless Bicycle Computer supposed to do. For me less is more – I do not like gadgets and gizmos. I like to keep things simple and this is certainly true when it comes to biking. I want to get out there and enjoy myself.
The Strada Wireless is great – just setup and install is as per instructions (if you find the multilanguage/small print of the included instruction sheet overwhelming just download a two page English version from the Cateye web site).
The Strada is a quality product and the single button interface (just push the face of the unit) is all you need.
The second trip meter is a nice. Since it can be reset independently of the main measurements you can easily measure sections of a ride.
Ease to install. I have 3 wireless cateye products, two like this one and another with the cadence for my training bike. I like the product very much. It is better than the trek ones. With a trek it seems that you have a TV screen on your handlebar or stem. Cateye is maybe a bit little but its performance is pure quality. Very ease to set up and go. Of course the prize is right, especially if you get it from Amazon.com. Enjoy your ride. PB
Can’t go wrong.. This was a great deal. For the price you can’t do better. Cateye is a great name and this computer has everything you’d want/need. Installation was simple. The new style mount is great, much smaller than it seemed in the pictures, not cumbersome at all. I’ve used it for about 600 miles now and I’m sure I’ll have it many more. Well worth it, especially compared to the pricey Trek digitals.
