Very cool looking scale and easy to reas LED.The drawback is the accuracy. the scale gives the illusion that it is measuring to the nearest 0.1 pounds but it is not. You can test this. If you pick up a light object (less than 1/2 lb ) and get back on the scale, the reading stays the same as when you weighed yourself without the object. I’d estimate the scale actually measures weight accurately to the nearest 0.4 lbs which isn’t great. But if you don’t mind this drawback, everything else about the scale is quite good.

The product installed easily and worked well until the audio quit working completely after less than a month. It’s definitely the switch or the cabling to the switch because the audio works fine plugged directly into my computer.

The only reason I purchased the switch was to upgrade my older KVM switch to one that had audio, so I was quite disappointed. I have downgraded my rating to a 2, because it is supposed to support audio switching and it doesn’t. However, it does work effectively to switch the keyboard, mouse and monitor.

I have tried without success to obtain a return authorization from D-Link. My first contact was via e-mail and I described the problem as I have above. I was assigned a case number and told to call their 800 tech support number. Over a period of five days I called repeatedly at all hours of the day and could not get through to anyone in tech support. I sent a reply e-mail asking if there was a specific extension to which I could be directed. The tech responded to my e-mail stating they had been having phone problems, try again.

I waited a couple of weeks in hopes that their “phone problems” would be resolved and tried again. On my next attempt I spent approximately 20 minutes on the phone working my way through their menu tree and waiting on hold before speaking to a tech. I told him I had a case id number and gave that to him. I spent 10 minutes verifying with him what I had already reported in the original e-mail I sent. He gave me a new number. I read the number back to him and he verified it. I asked him what I was supposed to do with that number. He told me I had to visit their website and input the number to receive further instructions.

That seemed like just another hurdle for the consumer but I complied. I visited rma.dlink.com and input the number provided along with my phone number and received the following message – “The Case ID you provided was not found in our records” I double checked the number and tried again with th

I have read a lot of books this summer. The Help was my favorite. I have recommended this book to all my friends.

This is the third Omron pedometer I have owned. The first I accidentally left in a public bathroom and the second finally broke after being dropped on the tile floor multiple times. It is the most accurate pedometer (it counts steps but records them after so many steps have been taken) I have owned. I bought two prior to this brand and they were noisy in addition to being inaccurate. Aerobic steps are important to me but the miles and calories are just interesting. Carrying it is very convenient too because it counts even when in my purse.

I remember watching this and the origional On any Sunday years ago. It is much better than some of the newer bike videos, which go over the top and get a bit dull. This video has lots of variety and does not get boring…..far from it!

I purchased the Microsoft Office from Amazon and am very happy with the purchase. It works like a charm and has been very useful. While I have used Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint in the past, I had never used Microsoft One Note. After using Microsoft One Note, I have started loving it. It has helped me keep my thoughts organized and is a well thought out product.

I would have loved to have “Microsoft Outlook” as part of package. This would have helped me manage appointments from within Microsoft One Note.

One user license would have worked better for me.

Nevertheless ‘Microsoft Office” is a wonderful product!

A Gardeners Harvest Planter

Some habits are hard to break. I still, on occasion, want to tap the scale when I want to “start” it. Then with great pleasure I just step on and read the results. The scale appears to be very accurate, even to fractions of a pound – handy when one wants to see how much our clothing weighs. We plan to purchase another to give as a gift to one of our daughters, feeling confident she will enjoy the design and ease of use.

Matchbee was dishonest and misleading in their sale. I never received the CD-ROM as mentioned in the ad. What I did receive was an e-mail about downloading this product which did not work. I was quite happy to get a refund.

I had looked at several different scales before choosing this one. I was going to choose one with more bells and whistles. I chose this scale, honestly, because I read the good reviews. I was very impressed with the level of customer service provided by this company, which you do not see so often anymore. I purchased this scale because I felt confident that if I had any problems with it, the company would take care of it. I appreciate integrity in a company, and I reward it with my business.

The scale is aesthetically pleasing and very easy to use. The scale worked right away with no problems. The reading is backlit in a nice blue color making the numbers easy to read. I like that the scale gives the reading to the tenth’s place. The readings have been reliable. I can weigh myself several times in a row and receive the same reading. I believe the readings are valid as well, because I have weighed myself, my boyfriend, and our two dogs, and the measurements were what I expected they should be.

I would definitely recommend this scale because it looks nice, it works, and because the company stands behind their product.
