New Designer Apple iPhone to you

I’ve spent a lot of time over the past years deriding the concept of the Kindle. I’ve always said that I really prefer the feel of a book in my hand. But after cleaning boxes of paperbacks out of my office, I came to the realization that I normally read a paperback once … maybe twice … and then it becomes clutter. So, after much consideration, I decided to buy the Kindle to replace the piles of paperbacks.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it. But I have to say I love this device. The cover I purchased to protect my new Kindle still gives me that ‘holding a book’ feeling, and it’s nice to finish a book and not wonder what I’m going to do with the paperback (I was taught that books are to be shared, not thrown away). The device is easy to use, and the E Ink technology is remarkably comfortable to the eye.

The ability to download a sample of a book I may be interested in is also very appealing. I have peeked around in books I probably wouldn’t have given a second look in a bookstore, comfortable in the knowledge that if I don’t like it I can remove it in a couple of clicks.

In short, I have gone from a Kindle opponent to a Kindle supporter in little over a week. There are still books that I will buy in hardcover and put on my bookshelf, but those books by favorite authors would have ended up on my bookshelf in hardcover anyway.

The reality is that I very well may have purchased my last paperback.

650EB SOMO HNDH M no mad

It has saved me from several bumps and scratches in just a short time. If I had not had it on I could have even damaged it. Only problem I have had is the clip. If you are not watching the phone can pop out if you bump it getting in and out of chairs or your car. And the Spring Clip can break if you hit it too hard.

What people think about Onesie San with Francisco

Conversations with God : An Uncommon Dialogue (Book 1)
I found this book interesting. Contrary to the teachings of The Holy Bible, the author claims that satan is a “myth,” that Jesus was only a great person (no mention of “Savior”), and seemed to imply that the “things written down 2000 years ago” are open to debate. My questions is this: If all these things written 2000 years ago about God and Jesus were true, WHY would God, in “speaking with Mr. Neale Donald Walsch (as he claims)”, suddenly reverse his previous statements about satan, the validity of the Bible, and the absolute sovereignty of Christ?
I am a skeptic, and I like to think I have an open mind. This book was recommended to me by a colleague. However, I could not help but thinking that Mr. Walsch definitely has a “profit motive” in his writings. “If the item sells, continue to write.” Never mind it may be misinformation. Mr. Walsh, I hope you get this “God thing” right- your eternity may depend on it.
Please reference “Evidence that Demands a Verdict,” by Josh McDowell. A professed athiest that became a Christian because of his research. Go figure.

Review about Kitchen Trolley

I took an instant dislike to the title character, and the more I read, the less I liked him. It is easy to see the appeal to a certain age group: the kid is smart, he has resources, and he has his own private goon squad to sic on anyone who displeases him. The author has created a sociopathic little monster with the moral compass of a pit viper. Great role model for the younger set! Every once in a while, the author tries to insert something to make us like Artemis better. He loves his mommy – so have most of the serial killers in real life. Now and then he questions (sort of) what he is doing, then he goes ahead and does it anyways. His victims in the first book are the fairies, and I give the author credit for a nice take on the little people – I was rooting for them all the way. If it hadn’t been for this imaginative portrayal, I would have been looking for a way to give this book a negative star rating. The story is well written, which makes the subject matter even more appalling. I will not be purchasing any more books in the series.

The Daniels Crossing Jeff to you

Brought the Itouch back in Feb or this year great little gizmo– was able to put all of my music, pictures on it and have downloaded several apps. The only problem that I have had is that it froze up on me, but I went to Itunes site and found out how to fix the problem. I’m not sure why it froze up but it hasn’t happened since. I checked Wally World for the Itouch and they wanted $295.00 for it, got it at Amazon.com for $265.00. Ever little bit helps.. would recommend it to anyone. I gave it four stars for sound quality because of the speakers??. Head phones are great.

Take Krall Live in Diana now

This DVD offers a good concert featuring the D. Krall Quartet (plus a Brazilian orchestra for some songs), they are just great. The DVD is much better than her recent Quiet Nights CD. It is a pitty that Mrs. Kralls does not play the piano that much and the group has a stronger basis on Anthoy Wilson’s great work at the guitar. Hamilton and Coleman are their own regular gery good musicians. I recommend the DVD.

The Columbus Story of deal

Why does every book need to be compared to the bible. Whi decides what was in the bible? Vatican Priests thats who. Do you have any idea howe many books were written by Gnostic Christians in eary 100-200 ad thats were left OUT of the new testament? And wasn’t the Vatican Church the same church thats gave the world such great times like the Dark Ages, The Inquisition, and the Crusades? PEOPLE decided what was to be put in the Bible not God. An isn’t it interesting tha t everytime someone has a different perspective on God , they are persicuted just like Jesus was, I guess Christians truly are the Satan, they act in the comlpete opposite spririt of thier mentor. They act in the most opposite of God themselves. Creating seperatism and disunity, the exact Opposite of God. Religon should be viewed as stepping stones to God’s truth, not the not stone tables written that can never be changed.

Internet Symantec Norton Security series

This is a really fun series that blasts off right out of the gate. Good for kids 9 and up I think. It’s alot lighter than Harry Potter.

Autopart International 1401 51142 crazy

This book goes AGAINST Christian teachings. The author is an atheist wanker. Do NOT buy this book and support this attempt to poison our Christian youth. There should be an option to give a ZERO rating!

Where to get 1 Helicore Addario D

The story about the vampires is interesting, like how they play baseball. Although, it is never explained how they handle gym class. But once Bella and Edward start declaring their love for each other over and over and over, they lose their identity. They become boring characters. You don’t have to beat the audience over the head with “I love you, cannot live without you”, etc. We all get the message, no matter what age we are. The Twilight movie managed to tone the relationship down which was a plus for the movie. I liked the story, but unless you can speak like Romeo and Juliet, keep the romance more subtle.
