I was so excited to get this scale after seeing HUNDREDS of positive reviews. I started a new weight loss plan, am eating healthy and am working out a lot more. However…I have no way to accurately track my weight because this scale doesn’t work! I read the instructions very carefully and I followed them (you have to do something specific every time you put in new battiers). However, every time I tap the scale to turn on…nothing happens. I have to lift up the scale with my hands and place it on the ground so the 000 will pop up. But then I have to quickly stand on it before the 000 goes away or else it will shut off and it won’t work. I will be returning it to Amazon this week in hopes of finding something that will actually work as it is supposed to. Very dissapointed.

I really loved this pedometer when I first got it. It tracked everything I did, even the “steps” I took while working out with exercise DVDs. I loved that I could carry it in my pocket and it still accurately counted my steps. Then, the battery went dead. I replaced it, and it was no longer accurate. I re-entered the stride-length information, as the directions specified, and it just wasn’t counting steps accurately anymore. I thought maybe I bought a bad battery, so I bought a new one and re-replaced it. Unfortunately, that didn’t help. I’m very disappointed in this product.

I got the Kindle and loved it. I love the ability to buy books and have them in seconds. It is a truley amazing device. Unfortunatly I cannot do this now because the screen broke for no reason at all. Until this problem is fixed I would get a warrenty or stay away from the Kindle.

I suppose something can be said for it if it gets young people to read, but really. Let’s make sure we (& most especially the author) understand that “Bestseller” just means “Most popular” & really doesn’t have much to do with quality. I thought the writing was pretty shabby. Dust “moats?” Come on. It was as if they were all in such a hurry to get it to press so they could start raking in the big bucks, they didn’t even bother to edit the thing.

The best purpose it could possibly serve for young people would be as a stepping-stone to Anne Rice.

This is a great product. It has helped me keep my IPOD from being scratched and marked up. I personally prefer the hard cover case to the rubber cover cases that I have purchased in the past, because of its durablity. The cost of the product was extremely reasonable and I would purchase it again.

I am a user from Taiwan. I have just bought the Lonely Planet for India and Nepal before chinese new year, for intalling on kindle for PC.
Please convince your publishers selling the original version to people beyond America. DO NOT sell ‘international ‘ version ever again at the same price with original version. It is NOT a honest way for business, otherwise , users will leave from you to choose other market product at our own world.

A wonderful novel that deftly takes the reader from a spirited old man’s hospital room to Circus trains and back again. Based in part on a menage of historic events, Water For Elephants is full of adventure and fantasy. I really enjoyed it.

I have had this pedometer for a 3 weeks, I wear it when I work out on the treadmill, and just about everywhere else I walk. I like the large buttons, and large screen, it’s easy to set and reset. When I shop I just put it in my pocket, and I get a pretty accurate reading that way, too.

It seems well made and heavy duty, unfortunately, the belt clip is terrible, it doesn’t stay on the belt loop very well, if you bend over it falls off. Worried that I’d lose it, I face the pedometer inside my pants or shorts (not outside) so that if it falls off it falls inside my pants. I use an iPod when I work out with my pedometer, so I clip the strap that comes with the pedometer to my iPod clip, face it inside my shorts and when it’s gotten lose, it stays between my waist and my shorts. I also attach the pedometer wrist band to the clip on my iPod for extra safety.

So, nice pedometer, but the belt clip needs to be redesigned.
